Shopping Basics

We ship almost all orders via UPS so that it arrives within 3 days of shipping. Depending on where the order is being shipped, we will ship either UPS Ground or UPS 3-Day. Occasionally, when your shipping address is a PO Box, we will ship your order through USPS Priority Mail. In addition, we only ship orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure that the order arrives in the best condition without melting.

If you are located in the Greenville, South Carolina area, we also offer free Local Pickup at our production facility, as well as Home Delivery for certain locations.

We can ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, Australia, UK, and Spain, as well as other countries upon request. International orders are not eligible for free shipping and may incur additional shipping charges, and customs charges will be charged to the customer. If you have issues placing your international order online, please contact us for assistance at 267-632-4875.

We take great care to package our chocolate with quality assurance in mind, but we cannot guarantee that no tablets will be broken or melted in transit. Please let us know if there is damage to the box. Otherwise, please know that we do our best to ensure your chocolate gets to you in the best condition, but we cannot be responsible for broken or melted chocolate.

If the chocolate was damaged in transit, please contact us with a picture of the damaged box and damaged product and we will process a refund or exchange.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Yes, we accept major credit cards from 135+ countries.

We charge 6% sales tax on all orders placed within South Carolina.

Shipping & Returns

Please see our Refund and Return Policy for more information on whether or not your purchase is eligible for a return.

Refunds will be processed within one business day of being approved, and they should be deposited back on the original payment method within three to five business days.

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of being placed. Please contact us at team@lumineuxchocolate.com or 215-510-5370 to cancel or make changes.
